Got a flat tyre? Stay miles away from them. They never bother what circumstances you are in. My Son is sick and sitting in the car, I kept requesting to swap the tyre after it got fixed but he did not listen and said they are busy. It is not safe to keep the tyre in the boot while child is still in car seat but as I said he did not bother. Why they accept the job if they can complete it? Punctured believe me it is overpriced but it was not about the price it is about ethics. It is close to my home but would never ever go back.

Too pricey, they don't communicate information properly beforehand. Took my car for rego pink slip, made me buy a new tyre and incorrectly gave wrong slip and didn't check the airpressure in other tyres but claims that all wheel checkd and balanced. When I took it back after few days, says they repaired the puncture and charging addition 50 bucks (nextdoor its $30) without even quoting n getting the permission to repair..just rip off. Avoid going there instead look for other mechanics next door..

Took the car in for a service, rego inspection and fault with windscreen washer jets not working. They claimed they checked the washers fully and I’d need to take it to an auto electrician. Took it to an auto electrician and he laughed as there was nothing electrical he had to check. The hose for the washer jets was kinked! Can’t trust them to do a simple fix I’ve lost faith and trust in them. Plus I had to wait 6 week to get into an auto electrician and pay for the auto electrician on top of the tyre power fee. Won’t be back.Updated 2nd April. After posting my review the owner reached out and apologised. I was also reimbursed for the auto electricians fee. Based on this I’ve updated my rating and will give them the benefit of the doubt next time my car needs service.

Originally POOR Service Wheels left fithy & Wrong tyres put on from originally ordered. Contacted immediately by mananger /owner who quicky corrected the situtation. Arrange fitting of correct tyres without delay fiiting in with my schedule. A man with passion for his business - Will be back again

I made the mistake of taking my car to a tyre place for rego pink slip. Front left tyre had perfect tread across but was forced to replace because of very minor wear on inside edge. Won’t go back.

First time here to fix a puncture in my tyre which turned out to be nothing wrong with it! Reception staff are super nice and welcoming. The mechanics are also amazing, they treat people with respect and you can tell they love their job. The mechanic explained why I may have thought there was a puncture etc. I’ll definitely be getting my car serviced here from now on! Keep up the wonderful work!
