This store used to be great, but Lori has moved on and the level of service in the last 6 months has dropped considerably. I have spent at lot of money at this store for both services and supplies in the past but mo more. The last 2 large service spends with them ($1500) provided unsatisfactory service and when trying to query this they can't or won't provide an answer. I am now using Clark Rubber, Almadale Rd. So far my experiences with Clark have been great.

I had issues with my pool pump, Travis from WA Pool Warehouse in Success went above and beyond to help me diagnose the problem, source & supply a new pump which for a novice pool owner was a huge relief. He couldnt have been more helpful. Great customer service, i would highly recommend them

Overpriced, staff have very little knowledge of the product they sell and tell you what they think you need to know in order to make a sale. Very disappointing.
