We couldn't recommend Roof Coatings Tasmania more highly. Craig Burnett and his team did an outstanding job on our roof.Craig wanted to know what issues we had with our ceilings. Our roof is mostly at least 84 years old. We had numerous minor and moderate leaks and water damage in various rooms especially with major downpours. Being busy, we didn't even get around to think that we had to get on top of our roof issues. It needed painting and when we did get around to it and found Craig, recommended by a friend, he reassured us that he would fix all those pesky leaks and damage. Our skylights had holes on the outer membranes and he was able to go and buy new ones and had it replaced. There were 2 other skylights that he told us were fine because they were made of different materials. He sealed up our leaks, put fixed gutter guards on a flat roof which had given us problems for 26 years and gutter guard the rest. He changed our very old rectangular down pipe to a new round one for better drainage. He removed the rotted old gable and replaced it with a new aluminum one. All up it took 3 days and even though there was some rain, it didn't stop Craig and his team. Awesome job Craig and your team. Very much appreciated. Now I don't have to worry everytime there is heavy rain. Oh, and there is more. He and his team, cleaned our gutters as well as our driveway where the dirt and old paint from the roof and gutters had landed on the driveway. Happy with the price as well given all the additional work that had to be done.
