Staff were absolutely amazing and welcoming. Sending such a kind and helpful nature.

I have been here several times for multiple scans and every time the service is excellent. From the receptionists to the nurses, to the techs, everyone has been professional and caring. The radiologist who does the reporting is very thorough too. I highly recommend this place.

I can’t fault the staff at PRP Frenchs Forest they were all lovely and friendlyThe reception staff when I arrived and leaving were so nice and to Luke who did my CT Scan he explained every step of what was going to happen I had to have contact via IV and I didn’t even feel the needle go in . So thank you if I need any more scans etc I’ll be back.

More interested in their $$$ then in patient care!I had a referral from a physio for my son to have an X-ray.My physio said the X-ray would be bulk billed.These muppets wanted to charge me a gap" payment because it was a "referral from a physio"I had to take my child back to a GP to get the same referral.Zero patient care.More worried about lining their own pockets than caring for people.Would not recommend."

Very impressed with their customer service. The reception staff are welcoming and the staff performing the imaging are friendly and caring. I highly recommend this place.

I came to prp yesterday for a CT scan feeling quite anxious as l had to have a canula inserted into my vein in my arm for the dye, this is my first CT scan but l had no need to, as the radiogists were absolutely wonderful they new l was anxious and put me at ease straight away , l don't know their names but please thank them very much and please thank the receptionist they were also very helpful good customer service all round they all deserve 10 stars thank you all for your kindness.Kindest regards, Jane Smith

My goddaughter required a pelvis ultrasound for the first time so was very nervous and it was performed at the PRP Frenchs Forest. The multiple reception staff were impatient, unfriendly and non sympathetic for a young adult visiting first time. Rolling their eyes when she didn't know the payment and claim procedure which made her flustered. I would not recommend going to this centre.

Would be great to tell people there are renovations going on while they sit on hold for 20 minutes waiting for the next available operator to answer

The ladies & gents who provide the scans here are amazing. A big thank you to Kirsten who was very helpful and kind to my mother who had a Nuclear Bone scan recently and was very nervous. Kirsten had put her at ease having a lovely conversation with her... A big thank you!

Don't bother going during COVID lock down if you are a full time parent unable to get to a testing clinic. My wife - an Allied Health Social worker works 4 days a week leaving me to have to work, parent, teach and look after our 3 kids during this most recent lockdown. Can't get to a testing clinic but they require a negative result within 48 hours. I had one from 72 hours and told its not possible. I can't physically get to a testing clinic and back within 48 hours. So they are trying to keep themselves safe (presumably), my wife is trying to the same in the community, and my X-Ray won't happen due to the difference. Suppose my health is the price I pay to allow others to be helped.
