Waited over an hr for 1 meal that they said would be ready in 10mins, the staff wanted to argue and where very rude ordered a family meal with 2 burgers and it's doesn't look like it would feed a family of 2 adults and a child. Worst takeaway shop worse customers service, how they have remained operation is beyond me. They are over priced and the quality is shocking. Will not be going back again.

The food was amazing specially the meat kibbeh and the meat sambousek they are a must try the kebab plate was excellent the chicken was good the proportions of each meal was excellent value for money and last and the most important is the amazing customer service from the girl who was working in the counter today very pleased with the overall experience today and sure will return to enjoy your delicious food. First time customers , we ordered the chicken wrap meals , and 3 mince balls (sorry I couldnt remember the name. .but they were delish!)and we certainly weren't disappointed! Fresh, hot and flavoursome! We will be back!

Always my go to for uber eats. Never comprimise on quality, generous and good for value too. Neat presentation and good chicken as far as kebabs go. Chips are slways perfectly seasoned too.

Menulog delivered our food incomplete. We received the chips and dips however they failed to deliver the chicken. We rang the restaurant and I spoke to the owner. The restaurant owner out of goodwill hand delivered new chicken to us within 12min and we are a 10min drive away. A+ rating from the restaurant however the menulog driver needs to cross check his deliveries. The Menulog delivery service is independent to the outstanding service the restaurant provided. The food was amazing, the best food in it's category and the best service hands down. Thank you!

When they first opened , the service was good. Pleasant people and quick service. Nowadays , eventhough the shop is not really busy, you enter the shop and wait for 5 minutes before a staff member even looks at you and says hello won't be a minute."A simple tawook sandwich took 28 minutes to make.The shop is not understaffed

One of the best and most consistent charcoal chicken around the west ! Chicken is always fresh and NOT dry with crispy skin, the chips are always crispy with the perfect amount of salt, their garlic sauce is soo nice and the bread is always fresh not 4days old !

Ordered chicken, tabouli, garlic sauce and pickles for my daughter’s birthday party and they put it all on serving platters ready for us, it was really easy to serve and all our guests commented on how delicious it was. Best party food around.
