So disappointed with what was promised at consultation planning and seeing the finished product installed. The sail had one job to do. Block the sun while sitting in the garden. It has failed miserably due to poor design and installation. No consideration of where the sun directs light or the orientation of the garden seating were taken into account? Why? No designer twist as promised? Burst a water pipe while installing posts which left myself and two other neighbours without water for several hours. Complete waste of money!

We are completely satisfied with the service and the advise provided for a solution to our outdoor area. The retractable sail is being installed and it was a simple but effective way to cover the area in summer or poor weather and still allow the warmth of the winter sun reach into our sliding glass doors.
