I’ve visited this shop on multiple occasion’s And made purchases. Recently I attended and the woman put on a new screen protector on. With a case it was over $100, which is fine but I will NEVER return to this store base on the recent customer service I’ve experienced. They put on a dodgy screen protector wrong and then blamed me… they didn’t want to fix it or come to any type of solution. (Got it Monday afternoon, went back Thursday within 3 days due to my work hours it was the earliest I could go). Joke don’t go here! Absolutely so rude and disappointing. Not sure if maybe the owners or staff have changed since my previous amazing experiences.

Brought a phone holder from here. It broke after 2nd use. Brought it back less than 30 days later with receipt, They will not replace or refund. Not happy, will be going through ACCC.

I got a new screen fitted to pixel 2. was told it had 1 year warrantytwo weeks later screen has lines for no apparent reason.I was told its physical damage the phone has not been dropped but they insist it has so warranty is void. I'm so mad. don't trust them

$30 screen protector put on poorly by them had moisture under it second day had to take it off because phone wouldn't respond to touch told me no warranty and was my fault avoid
