This is the best Physiotherapy I have ever been too. I was in severe pain in my arm and they cured me instantly!! I 100% recommend this Physiotherapist!!

Referred by Dr Sahni at Mascot Medical centre on 14.02.23 for boot as a result of my having a fractured 5th metatarsal of right foot. Seen by Alaa who made a follow up appointment for 16th for treatment which took 2hrs. Then a further 90 mins on 22nd. The various treatments where amazing and helped with my mobility considerably especially as I was returning to England on 26th. All the staff were friendly and helpful, with Alaa being a most friendly, professional and knowledgeable physio. (Unfortunately the level of physio given in the UK would have taken about 15 mins with an appointment not being received earlier than 2 weeks from accident and upwards of 6).

I have ptsd I explained this and was told they understood this I wanted help with the stress I live with in my body. The man I saw was in-between me and another client.. he keept talking at me and did not understand when I said I would not be able to do the exercises he basically is an expensive pt and solution was to see him 2 times a week to use there gym which wasn't much.. I feelt so stressed and was missleded. They are not trauma-informed I explained exactly what I was looking for and was told that they would be able to help me I paid 120 and didn't even stay for the whole appointment I had to leave I could not take all the information and at one point took me to a skeleton and started pointing to bones in the skeleton it was a very bad experience and I will never see a physio after this

Bit hit and miss. Good work with knee injuries but not so good with shoulders.

Excellent, friendly service and expert rehabilitation results. They cured me in 5 weeks after 18 months of pain. I highly recommend.

I first visited Adam about five years ago. My issues have been pinched nerve in neck and, a few years later, in spine. This was from lots of cycling and very little body maintenance. Adam has expert knowledge and is skilled technically. As a keen runner and cyclist, he is also motivated to provide tuning" advice for posture

Professional & very helpful local physiotherapists. Customer parking at rear but there's usually plenty of on street parking as well.

Been going for a few months (both for pre-op & post-op). Great team and they always make you feel so comfortable.Mitch has done most of my therapy and have to say, has been great keeping in touch with my surgeon and putting his rehab plan in action. Highly recommend the entire team at Mascot Physio!

I have nothing but praise for Adam and his team.Each appt is an hour of dedicated attention and you can rest assured they will do all possible to get you going pain diminished.I must day, Adam taught me a whole new methodology regarding excercise, and strengthening training, especially after a series of common day acvidents we all msy experience.I would wholeheartedly recommend his whole practice to anyone who is dealing with any muscular or skeletal pains!..Do yourself a favor and make the effort...you will never look back!!Thanks Adam & Donna, and Team.

Adam is a great physician and is genuinely concerned about your wellbeing and not just related to your muscles. He also allows you to use his facilities even well after your treatment is over.
