Employees were rude and unhelpful I asked about a package that was supposed to come within 7-10 days which it's been almost 2 weeks and the tracking number is saying 2 different things. I had questions and was still talking when the lady hung up on me and said I can't help you with anything bye." And hung up the phone when I was asking a question mid sentence. Extremely disappointed"

The person behind the counter was very officious and seemed to positively relish telling me that my ID documents were unacceptable. Apparently older marriage certificates are not a valid form of ID and a new one has to be applied for. Ladies, my advice, don't change your name!!! Proving one's ID is just getting too arduous.

Best post office I have been to, largely because of the staff. The ladies there are super professional and friendly and know their stuff. Every time I have visited they have gone above and beyond when helping with any random local and international postal needs. Thanks so much!

The 2 women that work there are so frickin’ nice! I live in Bundoora and come to Watsonia to send all my parcels off because they are so welcoming and helpful!

Went in there at 11:30am to get a photo for a working with children check" and got told we're not going to do any more today (even though they are listed as able to do it and the staff member able to do it was there). Lied about booking required at other post offices and said come back during the week. Just too lazy to do it and not at all worried about inconveniencing customers. Appallingly bad service."

Employee rude and no service mind, not active to help for the service. Required more document that did not show on the requirements document of redirect mail brochure so you dont have to do the job. Never go there again.
