Nerdcore has good service. I was quoted 3 weeks from other places but this company did on the same day. Nick who fixed my laptop is very courteous and gave me a full explanation of the problem. If I have any further issues, I will go straight to the Nerdcore.

Quick response and even quicker turnaround! Nick responded to query Sunday evening and provided a great service in repairing my broken laptop hinge.I was very impressed with the turnaround time and confidence he has given me in restoring my laptop back into good working condition.Would highly recommend :)

Very happy with the service we received. Son's laptop wouldn't start, and then, wouldn't hold its charge. Nick diagnosed the problem almost immediately. explained why it had happened in layman's terms, and had it fixed and returned to us the same day. Nick also had the new cable we needed in stock, and gave us advice on how to avoid the same problem going forward. Will definitely return in the future

Found out about Nerdcore from google. Nick has been very helpful and you can tell how he passionate bout his job.I cant stress enough when my laptop needs repair, he fixed it and also explain why it happened and also how to maintain.truly recommended , fast reliable and good response . 5 stars for me =)

You never *really* know how good a company is until something goes wrong ;) I ordered a laptop with a 1080p screen from them, and they accidentally shipped a 768p model. Refund issued on the same day (*before* they'd received the return!), along with a phone call to explain & apologise. Means I'll 100% trust them with orders in the future, knowing that mistakes are promptly and politely rectified at no expense to me.

Best in the business! I had originally tried various repair centers' to resolve a broken screen on a laptop. They all could not assist with this specific model until i met Nick. Great service with the desired outcome.

Extremely fast and reliable service. I called Nick on thursday morning and he gave me back my laptop on friday, had another issue and the issue was fixed on the same day! Nick is extremely knowledgeable and figured out the issues. Could not recommend Nerdcore computers more!
