Bob Jane T-Marts Kingaroy

I went to Bob Jane Kingaroy today as my old trailer wheel was leaking from the bead. I dropped it off and said I would be back in an hour. Upon returning I noticed that they had put a brand new tube in it, which was a good call and the right thing to do. I then asked them how much and I was told $65.00. I asked to see the boss and was told that he was not there at the moment, so I said that I would come back in an hour. Upon returning I was told it was $45.00 as they made a mistake as they were charging me for a puncture repair and a new tube and fitting. Still at $45.00 I feel ripped off as I have just moved here from NSW and the many of punctures and tubes fitted I have only ever been charged between $22.00 and $25.00. Based upon their rates if you bought a new tyre from them you would be paying a hefty fitting bill along with an error of charge. My best advice is shop around guys and get a quote first. I suppose they have to pay for their big flash building and what they lost through the pandemic and become wealthy overnight, but it will not be through me.

Pretty good service. Just wondered what the guy had as he was coughing and sneezing and that, probably should have worn a mask in there. But I guess he has been tested so it must be the flu.

These guys really helped me out today, excellent service again. They've fixed my tyre for excellent prices twice now and I can't recommend them enough. Well done fellas!

Dealt with BJTM Kingaroy twice under hard circumstances in 12 months. They couldn't have been more helpful or honest. They've made me a LOYAL customer due to sheer class honesty and professionalism. You can't trust many people today but you can trust these guys. I'll be back.

Took my Ute in for simple job. Waited in store for just over 1 hour (yes had made a booking). They managed to reverse a dust cover on rear left wheel. I took it back around half hour later when I noticed scraping noise. Manager made comment of should have been able to hear it - don't bother saying sorry for your bad workmanship. Washed Ute for first time since today and found they also scratched the surface of front passenger wheel. Thanks for looking after my vehicle like you care - not. Won't take any of my cars there again.

Amazing customer service had a punctured tire and was using my spare came in on Saturday morning and they quickly got me thou and fixed for meHighly recommendedAvoid other tire places in town

We called on these guys 20 minutes before close time. Nothing was too much trouble to advise on which tyres we needed and also to fit the 4. I cannot speak highly enough of these guys. . Thank you all for the extra mile you put in for us.
