He took deposit from me and not installed the product.changing the dates,not responsive,waste of our time and lost my advance.

The unprofessionalism of this company, in particular Eyad is the worst. I paid a deposit of $2800 for ducted air to be installed in my house. Day one never showed up and wouldn’t answer my calls, eventually answered and promised he’d come the following day, still didn’t come then either and again ignored me for two days. I have been chasing him for an answer since, this was a month ago. I’ve repeatedly asked for my deposit to be returned and he keeps saying I cancelled when in fact I didn’t and I have proof of all communication. Legal proceedings are taking place.Do not use this company, I trusted them to do the right thing and have been screwed. They scam people out of money and never actually complete the work.

Technician rocked up 3hrs late and unprepared to move the air-conditioning unit.He then promised to move the unit at the end of the day, I paid him the full amount before the job was done and regret itHe left me hanging for a week and kept saying he would pick it up and then decided today that he actually won'tUnreliable, terrible communicator. I would not recommend him to anyone.

This company provided quote to install airconditioning for our company. Very unprofessional and rude. He took our deposit of $3125.00. He postponded the job 3 time. Every setp he has excuses (Bad Weather, Flat Tyre, been flat out ....). and finally we had enough and requested for a refund.I told him we would take the matter further to get our refund through legal avenues and he threathend the safety of me and my family.Stay away from this company. They will take your depoist and not do the assigned work.
