ALDO the Manager and His Upholsterer PREM are Excellent at Their Job. They Upholstered my Bench Press Seat and Back Rest with New Wood and New Leather. Great Job. It only took 2 days. Great Customer Service definitely.

I recently had my 6 year old dinning room chairs upholstered by Bram at All upholstery NT and I'm one VERY happy customer. My chairs being that old were quite worn and needed padding and a complete makeover! Bram reassured me that he could get the job done and completely revamp all my chairs. It took less than 2 weeks to get them all done and to say I'm incredibly impressed is an understatement. The chairs look and feel great! Super comfy due to the extra padding that was included and the material used to reupholster the chairs feels luxurious and long lasting. I'm glad I went with this small business as it was such a pleasure dealing with them.The only suggestion I'd make is to ensure better turnarounds times in getting back to potential customers via email or phone. It took a few tries to get a quote from the admin and in the end I took it upon myself to go to the shed to talk to them personally. It all worked out but there is a potential of losing customers if no-one gets back to them on time. That said, once we connected it was smooth and professional all the way. Very happy indeed.
