Staff are goood but had to wait 2hr to find sales person. Counter lady could not sell iPhone to me, send me back to phones area where I had to stand for 2hr like an idiot.Staffs are not in a hurry to serve more people, just casually chatting with one customer and bargain for $2 discount wasting others valuable time. It’s $10 shopping or $2000, no different. Have to wait for sales person wandering around like a fool. No common sense whatsoever. Horrible experience.

I saved all my money as an 11 year old to buy a Motorola thinking it was a good phone. But within one year my phone was shutting off, over heating and freezing. When I called JB Hi-Fi they said it's not their problem and to go to Motorola, Since then I have not been able to get ahold of Motorola and I have to throw my phone away. I will never go to JB Hi-Fi or Motorola again.

My husband and I were assisted by Ruby at JB Hi-Fi over the weekend. She was so knowledgeable and helpful and patient (my husband tends to procrastinate) with us. I could not recommend her enough and only hope the manager is aware of what an asset she is. Obviously, we bought a laptop from her!

Great customer service! The guy had ample knowledge around TVs. Quite competitive price and he was approachable and friendly. Store is very clean and tidy! Recommended

Poor customer service, all I wanted was to purchase a headset. The server would rather do anything else, than spend the 5 seconds it would take to unlock the headset from the shelf. I was waiting 10 minutes and still wasn’t served, so I walked out.

Went in yesterday and found a funko pop vinyl that I really liked but as my birthday was the next day I decided to wait and have my partner get it the next day. So the trip wasn’t a waste I rang to ask if it was still available and in stock and I was told “I will go check for you”, to which I was told “we’ve sold out”. Being I needed a replacement gift we decided to come in anyway, and to my surprise whilst checking the funko pop wall, it was there , in the exact spot it was the day before. I am not sure if I was chucked on hold and just told it’s out of stock to dismiss the call and attend face to face customers , but this was very disappointing and confusing. This could be a little misunderstanding with the system but I most certainly can confirm the person did NOT “go look for it” for me.

The Macarthur Mall JB is a bit better than most others nearby. A good selection of electronics, but the biggest differentiator is the staff and cleanliness.The store is clean enough, and has aisles large enough to walk through.Staff are pleasant, and offered to show goods. At this point I stated I was only window shopping at this phase, and the young man was good natured, and still offered to display the goods. KUDOS GOES TO HIM..!!I had a look at a few TV's, and pending some cashola will return.Pricing aligns closely with online competitors, and brands and warranties are better than some of the online only box sales stores..(with more chance of actually getting warranty support as.well)I would rate up to 5 stars..but the security at the front is a little bit gruff..their job is NOT to scowl at everyone entering and leaving, but rather to perform simple random checks, and also to act as a staff entry person. I feel the security team greatly let down most JB hifi centres, by acting like they have powers they DO NOT HAVE.
