Initial quote for carpet was very professional, we knew what carpet we wanted so made it easy. After first deposit was made there was no communication until we contacted them the days before to make the final payment even though the job wasn’t started… wish we didn’t pay the full amount as I have never seen such a mess after our carpet installation. Morgan went missing and wouldn’t return calls, we were told the carpet isn’t vacuumed afterwards and we have to clean up all the mess ourselves. Seems like these guys just want the commercial jobs. Our skirting boards all got damaged (after being freshly painted) and of course Morgan didn’t do anything to rectify. Such a shame as we have used better floors a few years ago and they were perfect and actually cleaned up after themselves. Should take more pride in your work and take ownership when there are problems.

Nicholas from their commercial division was the most rude and arrogant person to deal with. Had a quote done, the quote was not itemised it was just one price for the whole job, when I asked Nicholas for a break down/itemise of the quote his response was I don't need to justify my quote or break it down for you". The floor had already had a screed laid and while the screed may have not been up to scratch for vinyl flooring it is something we were prepared to spend the money on to make smooth for vinyl which was one reason for a high quote. His reason for a high quote was "It is a one off job

So happy with our carpets. Great service from start to finish! Nothing was an issue. Will definitely recommend.

Fabulous service. Our installation was delayed a few times due to other building works, then by the lockdowns. They were so accommodating and helpful and we couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism and the end result.

I think they make deadly flooring and even though I haven't dealt with better flooring + blindsIf they can make good Ads with that couple dancing as they look all friendly so y wouldn't the workers b friendlyI don't understand people these days .

Having received very helpful service and a quotation from Lance (who I highly recommend), we asked for an itemisation of the quotation to determine where we could cut costs a little. To be clear there were several ways in which he could have reduced the quote including: remove additional underlay; remove kitchen from quote; choose a similar but less expensvie flooring. I'm shocked that this is an unusual request. Nick responded aggressively and arrogantly and having promised to re-quote, changed his mind in a follow-up phone call and told us to go away. He wanted to be very clear to me that he did not need our business. He hung up on me. I was genuinly shocked. I also find that 2 years ago there is a similar review relating to the same person, Nick, and for the same reason (need to get a little more detail to make a decision). Shame, given the otherwise friendly service from other staff.

These guys are the best, from recommendations with colours and value for money on suitable products to meet your requirements. I can not fault them. We will use Better floors and Blinds again. They supplied and installed both for us.
