Well staffed with friendly and helpful staff but some times there is a bit of waiting time so they are encouraging people to go on line for your transaction

Inside the rms I had a great experience until I stepped outside. I was waiting for a ride while it was raining. An rms employee walked out and said this area is for staff only. There was no signs. I said I am waiting for a ride and she again said, it's staff only. I replied so I have to go outside in the rain and wait? She again said. It's staff only. I observed on the table it said staff only and I was standing 4 meters away from it. I began walking away and she yelled out you can take your coffee too!". It wasn't my coffee. I guess she wanted to smoke in peace and lost all her will for customer service."

I had to get an eye test. Arrived at 9:02. There was a long line but the staff had it under control and I got served after 20 minutes. Rowena was at the counter and I found that she was very friendly and professional and could not do enough to help me. This is a busy service center that seems to be very well run by very service oriented staff. Well done RTA.

The manager at the door today who refused to help us citing only essential work was so rude.While I understand that this is because of covid and pandemic, I would expect communication skills could be better for someone in a service role and someone in a manger position.

My wife and I came into the RTA at Port Macquarie at 8:30 am on Friday 4th November with a problem with our E-Tol Tag. We were attended by Rhianna who could not of been more helpful and pleasant. She was so patient in sorting our problem which took well over one hour. Thank you and all the other helpers. Ann and Max Cross

Why can't things just be simple?Every time I walk into an RMS I walk out mad.Probably not the staffs fault as they're following protocol. But it's my opinion.It's all about how much money they can take.

Warm welcome from the Concierge. Ticket was issued for my specific visit and as I was on crutches, a firm backed chair was provided. Very efficient lady on the computer who processed my application for a Disabled Parking sign and within 25 minutes I was heading out the door. Thank you Services NSW!

Just moved up here from Sydney and had been given a whole lot of incorrect information and the staff from the moment I walked in couldn't have been more helpful or friendlier if they tried. I was in and out all within 20 minutes and with all the correct information I should have been given back in Sydney. Big Thank you.
