Came here for my birthday at the end of 2020. Waited 1.5 hours for the first 3 plates of fish and chips, then another half an hour for 2 steaks. 5 minutes later 2 more fish and chips arrived. 15 minutes later my partner's gluten free risotto came. At least it was a large serving.I normally don't mind waiting for food if it's in good company, but we had a live band" singing karaoke and pretending to play guitar 5 metres away our table. I'm not sure if it would have been physically possible to increase the volume.It looked like a pretty busy night

Great tasty food. Good family space, usable out door area, kids like it, very helpful staff, Brett is a great host. Food is so worth the visit, again in our case and there will be more again. Ample drink selection. Ticks all of the boxes, food made to enjoy, flavoursome, cooked with love, you can taste it. Thank you Zephyrz. Family run business from the wonderful chef to front of house.

Came here on Easter Sunday, not sure if owner had put the bare minimum staff on so he could save money or there wasn’t staff available but it was sad to watch. The staff were run off their feet with no breaks, we were constantly clearing our own table, our table waited 2 hours for our food. We all felt so sorry for the poor girl in the kitchen on her own. Owner didn’t seem to care though and was quite rude and not very apologetic for the wait. There was a teenage boy running around the restaurant the whole night embarrassing himself- who appeared to be on drugs. He was trying to do hand stands on top of the bar kicking and waving his feet in customers faces while they were trying to dine. Couldn’t believe the owners just stood there and laughed and thought this behavior was funny. What a circus. Thank you to the wait staff who were very kind and professional even though they were clearly run off their feet. I’m sorry your boss doesn’t treat you all properly.

The staff wonderful ,the Zephyrz a lovely spot to cater for both small and large gatherings,the food was outstanding. We were a pretty big group and ordered a number of meals,entrees and desserts and everybody was more than happy with all they received. The welcoming fire was also much appreciated today.Thanks to all for making our get together so lovely. Highly recommend

Great little place for a delicious, hearty meal. Very welcoming and the owners are down for chat which is always a good thing and is something that really is missed at times when visiting smaller towns. A must! Also the gnocchi is handmade and the garlic bread it to die for. Great selections of beer and wine too!

Enjoyable family restaurant. Friendly service. Very accommodating for kids. Salmon Rosti entree was a treat. Beef burger got thumbs up from my son. Fantastic ice cream. Would revisit.

If you are going to offer a Takeaway service it’d really be a great idea to actually answer the phone!!People ordering food for their families dinner really don’t want to sit around waiting for you to ring them back after leaving a message on your machine that you don’t call backVERY FRUSTRATING!!! to say the least!

We were kindly recommended this establishment by the manager of the Central Motel. Parking was easy and plentiful. On entering we were pleased that the ambience and decor was warm, striking and inviting with a horse racing theme. Greeted and made welcome by Lexie, we were soon seated at a table of our choice. My husband requested his fave pasta dish which wasn't on the menu. The chef willingly accommodated him. I enjoyed my souvlaki immensely. We had a really pleasant meal in clean, airy surrounds with a family atmosphere. On the way out we met the owner who was also very warm and chatty. Live music in the park opposite in a marquee provided by Zephyrs attracted us so we stopped awhile there for a drink to listen to the music . Congrats and thanks Zephyrz! We will return on our next trip.

Best welcome of my life!!! Best restaurant experience ever. We love the owner Brett. Upon entry he sorted our wedding recovery group with a private room, music, food and all the drinks we wanted. We’re in love. Will be back! FOOD IS UNRIVALLED
