I was looking to upgrade my Polo that I purchased here from Steve in 2015. After walking around the showroom and car lot on a Monday afternoon for 20 minutes, while the employees completely ignored me, I was finally approached by Mauricio. I told him what I was looking for but if he was able to explain the various models and features of the T-Roc…to my surprise his response was, “so you’ve driven to Volkswagen today to have a look at a T-Roc and have not done any prior research, do you really need me to explain this to you?”When I told Maurico my price range of mid $50’s he told me the T-Roc was WAY out of my price range and I should look at something else… that I should take myself to the 2nd hand section.I then asked if I could organise a test drive, no surprise, Mauricio advised that I would only be able to test drive if I had the money in the bank and was ready to buy today.I don’t know about anyone else, but I was under the impression a car salesman’s job was to sell the car ? I told him not to worry, if it’s too hard for him I will take my business somewhere else. I drove to VW Newstead straight after this experience where I was met by Will and purchased a T-Roc on the spot. Don’t try buying from VW Norris Group, they very clearly don’t want customers buying cars.

Excellent service with friendly staff. I received a reminder that my car was due for a service and was promoted to make an service appointment. I received a text the day before the service as a reminder. The staff were very friendly and I was able to drop my car off in their service lane. I could’ve booked a hire car or they would drop me at the local shopping centre. They phoned when the car was ready to be collected. When I collected my car it had even been washed. Great service all round.

Excellence in customer service - accidental damage happens, that’s life; what does matter is how it is dealt with. Recent service and paint damage was incurred to my car, Josh in the service department just stepped up and said “we will fix it”. He was as good as his word, arranging the paint repair, provided a loan car and has kept me informed. This is the second example of great customer service I’ve observed, the first being how he interacted with both myself and other customers during what would be considered business as usual. Well done Norris and a pat on the back to you Josh!

My partner and I walked around aimlessly waiting to be served. There was no one on the front counter and when we asked about the new Volkswagen amrock he couldn't tell us much about it and brushed us off I guess my money is not as good as his.
