Great service from fantastic employees who truly go out of their way to help was very impressed and will continue to use from now one.

I popped in with no notice and no idea of what was needed to complete a tax return- the ladies there were kind and patient with me, even though they were very busy. They were quick to help me and didn't make me feel like a bother! They told me to leave it with them, and between clients they helped reduce my massive bill, made me feel at ease, and it was all done within 2 hours of handing them my impromptu statements. I cannot praise the ladies there enough- I will be back next year. (But I will remember to book an appointment!)

Never doing tax ever again, this was my first and last time! Get cash in hand people! I did 4 and this is an absolute stitch up!For under a certain bracket. Ie $200, should be only $50. Not $100 for a $50 tax return, essentially costing you money even if you earned nothing at all!I earned nothing for 2 tax returns was charged $100 each.Then earned $280 over two other returns.Charged also $100 each.Do the math.Cost me $400 to make $280.Do it yourself or hit me up for a referral to someone with an actual heart that doesn't charge per return!It not my fault nobody had informed me and nobody had taught me this knowledge. She said it was only going to cost 99$.Tried charging off tax bill so shed earn an extra $30 per return aswel. Tried to take it all. Some people need to wake up and learn it's not about helping the company. It's about assisting the people and getting good service feed back.Now I've seen you reply to people's msgs and I don't care what is said in reaponse and I can predict youl apologise and refer me to some customer service complaint feedback k blah blahLike I was so angry someone could of got hurt or I was about to dead set flip at life in general. Scam!$100 per return. Not per appointment !liessss

Paid 140$ for a tax refund, still waiting the money after more than a month.

Had such a great experience with these ladies, especially since I have previously had some awful experiences with tax agents! Will definitely recommend to all my friends
