I installed four skylights through him, and three of those are leaking now. After complaining, he came and removed some roof tiles from near the skylight; he told me that the skylight company suggested removing those tiles. Then he suggested that if there are any future leaks, I should reinstall the tiles!! So there is no guarantee that there will be no leaks in the future. Now I have to spend thousands of dollars to fix the ceiling damage.

Spoke to Chad from Northern Rivers Skylights a few weeks ago. He was professional and provided a quotation the next day.We had the 4 Skylights installed in less than a day. Very neat job and took all the rubbish away with him. He even put some extra flashings on for us. Also very neatly done.I would highly recommend using Chad from Northern Rivers Skylights, fairly priced, reliable and gets the job done.

We had a skylight installed about a year ago now, Chad was so helpful, professional, on time and very down to earth.He made such a huge difference to our kitchen, from a dull dark kitchen to a bright sunny kitchen. We have had no trouble with our skylight at all. We can not thank him enough.Highly recommend Chad.
