Gangsta Wraps

Firstly, the colour of the wrap is great and workmanship is excellent - except for not honouring the initial agreement and returning my car in an unsatisfactory state. The customer service was horrible almost from day one, and completely ruined my experience. I have 1990 MX5 (miata) and they initially tried to charge $7,000+, then $6,000+ until I said I had done research and that was ridiculous. Finally got them to agree to $4,500 after being told that a hatchback costs $4950 (even though MX5 is a coupe - with no roof so not sure why it would cost more than a hatch). This is all after I've paid a deposit. I said I wanted a clean finish and was willing to repair imperfections and dents myself prior but was reassured they would do this more than once. On pick up, the car still has imperfections now under the wrap and impossible to repair plus the dents were not fixed. They tried to say I was not aware of my own vehicles imperfections when I pointed out a dent that wasn't there when I dropped it off and it was due to my vehicles age (not sure how that is relevant). I've worked in automotive 10+ and dealt with many wrap businesses on the Northside, never experienced such dishonesty and unprofessionalism over pricing and quality of finished product. I refused to leave my car there when on collection they offered to fix the dents. Lady said she assumed because they lowered the price to $4,500 (for an MX5) that they no longer had to fix the dents. Work on it guys.

Took my Golf in to get the spoiler wrapped, colour correction, paint protection, and wheels painted gloss black to match the rest of the factory trim. The team did an outstanding job, I couldn't be happier with it. Friendly, professional, and informative staff. I'll absolutely be back if and when I need further work of this nature completed.

Matty and his team were exactly as I hoped, when you bring a new or used car with a vision of what you want to do, you want a company that has the craftsmanship and the care and skill to deliver. These guys did that and more, I couldn't be happier with Matty and his team, I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting anything from a window tint through to wraps, wheel spray, ceramic coating or anything else you want to do to your car. The wrap itself actually looks quite good. However they quoted me a price initially and wanted 3000$ more after completion. Many similar reviews here I suggest those looking to wrap their car look elsewhere.

Absolutely stunning work and the customer service from Toddie and the lads was beyond 1st class. The 86 and Corolla look brand new, total quality. 10/10 would let these guys look after our cars again.
