Great quality bread. Would love to see more stores stocking it. Unreliable deliveries to shops, unfortunately. Coles said bread was supposed to come on Friday afternoon, yet no bread is there at 6pm and Vinuage shelves have been bare for 3 days already.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with.Placed an order for our New born event, got confirmation that it will arrive by 2pm, guests already showed up at 3:30pm and the food only arrived at 4:40pm.Sara from Vinuage did not pick up the phone and when she final did she was angry at us for asking her where she is...what a disgrace...I ended up with so much food left untouched as people were already leaving at that point of time.WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

Great food - terrible service!!Placed a large order to be delivered 4 hours before the function so that it can be arranged and put out when we had assistance. Order arrived an hour into the function, 5 hours after scheduled time only to be told there was a mix up. We also didn't receive the variety of items we ordered.Very stressful and disappointing that the buffet was empty the first hour.
