I went into the Burke Road store looking for an engagement ring. I had a budget in mind but not much of an idea about diamonds. Lucas was very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. We were able to find something that suited my budget. All in all a 10/10 experience.After said ring was put on her finger it was way too big. “She” got in contact with the city store to arrange re sizing. The city store was able to speed up this process (at no cost) as she wanted to show it off that weekend. Great dealings with Rutherford all around. Well done guys. There really is something to be said about the service of small business. Thanks again!

Throughout my journey of looking for the perfect engagement ring, the staff at Rutherfords went above and beyond and answered my many questions. The team were always professional kind and accomodating. The service that my partner and I received was exceptional and I am so delighted with the my ring, I could not be happier. When you purchase jewellery from Rutherfords you feel like you have become part of the family as the post purchase service is just as outstanding as the pre purchase service that you receive. My daughter and niece were bequeathed a large collection of jewellery and we were uncertain of its value. I visited Sian and Elise at Rutherfords in Camberwell and asked for their advice. They were lovely to work with and clearly experts in their field, I felt completely confident in them and the service they offered. We were all delighted with the resulting valuations. My daughter and I both have beautiful rings from Rutherfords and honestly I don't think we would ever look further afield for jewellery or remodelling. Highly recommended.

I purchased my wedding band from Rutherfords and believe I paid significantly above the odds for it. The band needed to be made larger by 1/2 - 1 size. I returned to shop and was quote $140+ by the shop assistant. I went across the road to Stephens & Miller who did the same job for £20 (quoted $50 if additional gold needed to be added) Job was turned around 4hrs. Was advised that the jeweller you purchased this from should do this for free" Wish i had purchased the ring from there instead!"

Some years ago, I was fortunate enough to inherit my Grandmother's wedding band. Unfortunately, it cracked and I needed it repaired and enlarged slightly. It's made from Rose Gold so I was worried that matching this might be a problem. From the moment I stepped into the Camberwell shop I felt I had come to the right place. They were very understanding and reassuring. I collected the ring and I was amazed at the quality of workmanship. I keep looking for the repair and I cannot find it, such a brilliant job and a very reasonable price. I would recommend Rutherfords to anyone who needs fine craftsmanship.
