Hi all,My wife has been overcharged by $280.00 and it was bulk billed. Now I am waiting for refund from 2 months nothing is happing.I try to call million of times no resolution. Worst customer service.I am waiting for my money back. I am going to consumer court now.

I have just had 2 ultrasound guided cortisone shoulder injections over 2 appointments.From the reception staff, through the phonographers, to the doctors, they were helpful, happy, friendly and efficient.My first port of call in future.Definitely 6 stars!

0. Agonising, stabbing pain in foot. GP referred me to I-MED for ultrasound scan.1. Very difficult to make an appointment. After website crashed while booking, not able to reach them by phone after long wait. Tried website again, failed.2. Ended up driving to make an appointment in person at reception. At that point my inquiry was competently handled. However, driving and walking was painful and annoying, since my pain was unnecessary.3. On the day of appointment, after arriving early as requested, total wait 60+ mins.4. Ultrasound on my foot was performed competently, I assume. BUT I don't know becuase:5. Results not forwarded to medical professionals, despite 1 week's time passed.6. Wasted more time trying to chase up (me and medics). Impossible to contact by phone (me and medics) -- do I dare to trust their website again?Refer to point 1. which I was not thrilled to be re-experiencing.This is the situation as I write this review: still waiting.Below this point, general commentary on the topic because I am:a. In pain, andb. Very annoyed.7. Patients and medical professionals have informed me that followup is very poor with I-MED. Generally, administration seems to be the problem. Other radiology organisations are imperfect, but better.8. I will review this rating when my medical treatment is back on track after this 'holiday'.9. Imaging is, as I-MED's reception TV advertising assures me, vital for effective and timely treatment.10. Nice own goal, I-MED.11. Statistics will tell you that this kind of thing could kill or seriously injure someone.12. On the positive side, I doubt if they could organise any sort of coverup.However, note that I might just be making an I-MED promise: I'll cross my heart, and do it if the moon is in the right quarter.

What is less than incompetent? I-MED radiology. Had several unsuccessful attempts to organise a MRI - given different & wrong information and they simply lie. You couldn't trust them with a medical procedure. There are other providers so seek their services first - you'll save yourself time and grief.

Went for an xray in the afternoon, didn't book, but they were very fast, and bulk billed! Staff were lovely and very professional. Would recommend.

Incredibly accommodating and lovely staff (both front desk and the specialists that do the mris and injections).Thank you a million to Jackie (hope I spelled that right) for being bubbly and knowledgeable and making the whole experience quick, easy, and as painless as possible. She put a blanket on me to help with the shivers I had during the mri, and even let me bring my small teddy bear into the machine with me for comfort ❤️ Very gentle at injecting and warns you before administering the contrast during the procedure, constantly checking on you every few pictures taken which was really reassuring.Those that are uncomfortable with mris and contrast injections , I highly recommend i-med radiology belconnen! They provide hearing protection (earplugs AND headsets that play the radio/music and they let you choose what you want to listen to). You can bring a small teddy in the machine (I had a brain mri, might be different for tummy mris, not sure), and they give you a button to press if you need to get out of the machine at any point. Lots of parking options close by, and they have Emla cream available to put on the injection sites if you require numbing at the site ❤️Thank you so much i-med radiology team at belconnen. If I ever need another scan in the future I will be returning to you guys ❤️

If you like waiting on hold for an hour plus, call these guys. If you like a call back service that doesn't work, call these guys. If you like trying to call with follow up questions and not getting through to anyone during business hours, call these guys.You're most likely better off not calling these guys.Follow up:(this is why it's good to reply to these, businesses---I was in a lot of pain on Wednesday but things got better).So I write the above review and get to my car. It's raining, I'm in pain, I'm frustrated at having to drive back home (30 minutes each way---and I had just gotten there...and now it's bucketing rain). So I sit in my car and check socials, calm down so I'm in a better headspace to drive.Next thing I know, my phone rings (could be work/who knows). I answer and it's i-med.The tech offered to stay and do my scan if I was still nearby. I was, I went in, waited, had my scan. I'm very appreciative of her, thank you. She made up for a clerical error by a colleague and I do appreciate it. Thanks to her, I'm able to move on with my treatment plan and recovery a few days earlier.This still doesn't alter how difficult getting through to a human in a timely manner was. That was horrid.

Was amazed how friendly and helpful the staff here were. I had a condition which was affecting my ability to walk. As soon as I walked in the door, one of the staff rushed to help me to a seat. They then brought out a wheelchair and pushed me around the clinic so I wouldn’t need to struggle on one foot. The staff were very friendly and the lady who took the x-ray had the images seen by a doctor straight away so I’d have an idea of what the issue was quickly. Very impressed, thanks.
