Emma has been my worker since I registered with artwork Australia Warrawong she has been amazing and very understanding and has worked with me in finding suitable employment and training she has given me guidance support and referrals for service to help with my mental health and anxiety about joining workforce is always available when I need her or someone in the office is always on hand to help me Emma helped me gain confidence to take on a job I would never have thought I would have been capable of assisted with my clothes and shoes definitely the best job network and worker i have had in my many years of life

Massive change since the changeover of business from MBC employment to atWork Australia in July 2022 – these guys have new staff and new management, and it is a great place to be.They are very welcoming with tea and coffee and snacks available, and staff genuinely seem happy and appear to want to be at work. Looking forward to seeing the continuing changes in the business.

Jack was awesome from at work warrawong helped me out last minute to organise everything I needed at a whims notice got it done very quick very happy with how everything went and a big thank you to Sandra from Wollongong branch for helping with everything I needed and doing all the paperwork an making the necessary phone calls to make everything happen, she is an absolute gem she also called to follow up make sure I had done everything I needed to get the position went above and beyond.

Major improvements for job seekers here supportive and kind something I have rarely experienced in a jobsearch office. Jacq was 100% understanding and compassionate and really stepped up to what seemed an impossible task at the start. I've only ever experienced this once before from a job search office and from 1 person not the whole office.unfortunately these kinds of people in this industry are rare and far between.I cannot give this lady a bigger recommendation honestly she went above and beyond and the outcome was life changing.Thank you
