Disgraceful. They got my prescription wrong, wouldn’t issue me with the correct prescription the next day when I returned, made me go back to the doctor to get another prescription. So all up, cost me more than $100 and two days of effort to get a $15 box of prescription tablets. Don’t go to Blooms!

A great range. Knowledgeable staff and they will price match or even beat other chains like Chemist Warehouse and Priceline. We also got our booster Pfizer shots through them which neither Priceline or Chemist Warehouse was able to provide.

I was very impressed by the general knowledge and efficiency of the staff in this chemist. It was clear that they were under pressure, however, the lady I was dealing with was so helpful. She had superb knowledge on the probiotics which I came in to get and although I had researched them beforehand, she knew more about them than I could ever find online. Although I've been here a few times before, I will definitely be making this my regular. A really hard working team, especially through pressure times on the frontline of a pandemic!

The pharmacist was so rude. My wife walked in to buy cough syrup and he accused her of being an addict.

The team is incredible and always take the time to talk about all medical concerns. They really take their time and reassure you. Always leave feeling great and satisfied with the service

BEWARE! Do not buy Covid masks from the Randwick Plaza Blooms chemist. Today I bought six P90 masks, and when I got home I found they were faulty, with the elastic on the wrong side. I drove straight back with the receipt and asked for a refund. The manager said there was nothing wrong with the mask, and it had to be stretched over the head. I said that was impossible as the elastic was too short, referring to my old mask which I was wearing looped over my ears. He said: ‘These are not faulty, you’re wrong and that’s how we wear it at the hospital’. When I asked him to demonstrate he refused, so I demanded a refund which he grudgingly gave me. DO NOT BUY THESE MASKS.

Today was the final straw.I usually go in there with about 5 prescriptions. Often they will make up 4 of them and then inform me at the last minute that they don't have one of them in stock. Instead of giving me the option to take the scripts elsewhere and wait just once, I end up having to go to two chemists.Today I was the second customer in the door. I asked the young female chemist if she had my pain killer in stock and she sighed and went to check.Whilst I was waiting for my scripts, 5 other people were served, got their items and walked away. My carer asked me what the hold up was and I said the chemist is busy serving everyone else instead of serving meThe young female chemist came to the end of the counter and rudely told me to be patient as she was on her own. Just as rudely i pointed out that I was paying a carer to wait there with me.It took almost 30 minutes to make up 5 prescriptions! As my carer had to wait longer with me, the service ran over time and I had to pay the carer for an extra hour!Customers have a right to be served In the order they arrive. Not one of the other people that the chemist prioritised over me were with a carer or had to wait longer than a few minutes.There are 4 other chemist shops within a stone's throw of blooms and 2 of them are $1 cheaper per prescription. I'm a disabled pensioner so paying extra to support a small business is costing me money but I do it because it's the right thing. I expect to be treated with respect and served in turn instead of being told off by a young chemist who was in a bad mood before they even opened the store.This was not a one off incident. It happens often where others are served in between the chemist preparing my request. But this is the first time one of their chemists has attempted to defend her poor service and been this rude to me in front of other people.I'm going to use Priceline from now on. They are cheaper, they are friendlier and they serve the customers in the order they arrive.

Very good service and care. I visited this pharmacy twice while my child was in hospital, and was impressed with their polite service and advice. The gentleman who specialises in skincare was very helpful and offered samples, in which I was very thankful.

I was looking everywhere for the latest bivalent booster (BA.4/5) and found this chemist that actually had it in stock and offered online bookings. Matthew the friendly pharmacist was truly professional and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. He is a skilled artisan of the jab and it didn't hurt at all. Thank you so much.

The service is always amazing. Very helpful and informative and treat their customers like family. Would highly recommend
