I went today with my mum and the person who served us was just amazing, Mariana!! We purchased a outdoor table, chairs and cushions for the chairs, she was so helpful and so polite! Went above and beyond to assist us, which is verrrry hard to find these days. Thankyou Mariana for such a amazing experience, we will definitely be coming again and hope your there to assist us! :)

I will never buy from here again. I go in to buy a king quilt set for a gift. Sales lady helps me and we choose a gorgeous print. We even looked for sheets. One week before the engagement party i discover that NO QUILT COVERS AT ANY BED BATH AND TABLE HAVE PILLOWCASES!AND THERE ARE NONE AVAILABLE TO MATCH THE QUILT COVER I HAVE NOW.A very expensive error. Not at any time did the sales lady tell me that there was no pillowcases, just was happy to sell me more items.Their return policy is rubbish.... 14 days.So nos i have an expensive king doona, no pillowcases and it wont fit my bed. Just great!DISGRACEFUL BED BATH AND TABLE.

Discriminated against for not wearing a mask and having an exemption??!! - despite legally not even a police officer can ask for my medical history under the privacy act.I’d definitely be taking my money to your competitors; who have no issue serving me.I’ll never step foot in any location; due to this incident.Might want to check your rights and what you’re legally allowed to ask a customer. X

Racist and rude! Other customers were greeted when entering and I was ignored. Those customers were visibly white. I believe it’s because I look ethnic. I asked a question about a product and was responded to with a one word answer. So rude! I won’t be stepping foot there again!

Excellent store within Craigieburn central. Good stylish products at your disposal. Easy affordable prices for most of the products. All sorts of homeware and kitchen items available at affordable prices. Very good customer service delivered. Easily accessible as the store has good visibility.

Very rude this store is especially the manager she is very discriminating I was not even greeted while entering the store when asked for help for certain product she was very unprofessional.. wonder how such people are given jobs disappointed with this stores service .. the behaviour of the manager should be reported very rascist ..

Staff members were not so friendly. They offered assistance after asking for help the 2nd time! Also, staff member did not even smile at checkout point, even though I made two purchases at the store! Staff should show more professionalism with a friendly gesture rather than ignoring their customers!
