Took my Cat 301.8 to Clayton to get a minor issues with the Turtle Rabbit switch not working properly.Expecting Cat do fix the problem properly.........I got that WRONG.$1700.00 later get home & the Alternator is not working, the Turtle Rabbit switch is worse. Took it back ( two hour round trip) after booking it in for a quick look.Told I would need to leave it for the day. After asking several times , I was reluctantly told it would be another $500.00 just to look at at it!!. Clearly I was not going to get the service I was expecting, so took it back home.4 Hours travel & 2 half days wasted, along with the $1700.00 Not what I expected.
