Noel and the team provide a reliable bin service. If there have been any issues, a quick call to Noel has resolved them. Also managed to coordinate and schedule cleaning at the same time.

Do not use this company. They are extremely inconsistent. When they fail to bring the bins in they still send an invoice through. They need to be reported and taken to the small claims. They owe my body corporate in the $1000 of unnecessary charges.

They haven't collected our bins for weeks. We are paying for a service we are not getting. I have contacted all numbers and emails on their website. I am not getting a reply. Ridiculous. Now trying to sort out with the body corporate, trying to get reimbursed for the weeks bins were not collected and what is going on moving forward.

Agree with others. So many times they don't bring bins back in. I'm hoping the council fines us and stinky bins will be paying the stinky fine!Edit: Thanks for the reply. Not that area. I've previously asked owner's corp to sort this out and they tried contacting you with no response. Just get the message out to do your job and I'm keeping track of the weeks not done. Thank you.
