NARC did a great job of installing an Akra exhaust on my X5M! Bill was professional, knew his trade well and was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Euro installer to consider these guys. Keep up the great work fellas!

Fantastic service from Ash and the team. Had a large scrape under my passenger door due to having to choose between hitting an oncoming car or a lump of concrete on the road. They gave me a courtesy car for the time it took to repair, which was done on time for the agreed price, and the repair itself was immaculate - impossible to tell where it has been repaired. They also cleaned my car inside and out, including tyre black. I picked them partly because the price seemed fair, but mainly because I saw they were used by Shannons insurance who have car nuts for customers. When I picked up my car, Ash told me they normally get a lot of high end cars for repairs and I can understand why they would be trusted to do them. I could not be happier with the service or the results.

just took my 2014 Jetta to nation smash repair in mid-December. Once I got approved by my insurance company, they started to repair my car immediately and were completed on time. The very respectful team, I took advantage of their courtesy car for work. The paintings are flawless. enough reasons for me to recommend them to my friends.

Well, what I have to say about national smash repair is absolutely the best hands down in Melbourne. The attention to detail was just right with their team. The national workshop is based on honesty and integrity. The new paint job on my Classic Benz CLA amg 45s is stunning. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the national team as they have also previously repaired my Lexus rc500 to the highest standard. I have nothing but respect for their works.

Very good quality of work for a fair price. The Mercedes E class was immaculately restored to its near-new look. The work was also completed well ahead of time. Great experience all round. WARNINGDo not have this company repair your vehicle.Drivers door repair.Driver door left with bad orange peel. Inside driver door was destroyed, plastic weather shield had holes drilled in it to access glass rather than removing resulting in moisture entering the electrical and destroying the CME which controls keyless entry.Car left repairer with overspray over the entire car as they did not remove the door to spray and did not cover the rest of the car while spraying. Paint was contaminated resulting in pin holes through paint.Post repair we had to engage a professional to wet sand the door and bonnet to bring it back to a professional standard . Clay bar the entire car to remove overspray which was everywhere then apply a polish and clear coat. Cost $1500Engaged manufacturer to inspect door and discover damage to internal of door caused by National accident repair centre. Damaged plastic cover, they drilled holes and simply covered with masking tape, computer controller that controls keyless entry, rubbers all needed to be replaced.Cost $2500$4000 later the car is as it should have been when leaving these COWBOYS.Do not take your car here, you will not be getting a professional service.They refuse to take responsibility and have deleted paperwork relating to the work.Absolute joke that they are allowed to operate.
