MUST READ!!Bullfrog Constructions, Nathan Parker, what an absolute joke of a builder to work for.I'm a contractor that was undertaking concreting works for this company. Unfortunately due to Nathan's poor organisation there was major delays imminent to finish what we started. Instead of my company charging a variation to complete the works, Nathan brought his carpenters onsite to help out on prep day.As well as the problems during prep, his poor organisation to resolve a mentioned payment issue with the engineering company caused further delays. I had to leave a job on pour day for his footings so I could take photos for the engineering company due to the same problem with payment so they told me. The concrete was pushed back to late afternoon and he once again had to bring his workers onsite to help my worker as i had a very important meeting at 5pm i could not miss which i also communicated before we started the pour. I ended up walking away from the rest of the job as the agreement was there can't be big delays as we were booked out for months ahead. This was communicated clearly before I took on the job. My mental health was also in a bad way from constant stress so had no choice but to look after myself instead of dealing with a problem job.When I put my invoice in, I was very fair and apologetic I couldn't finish the job. My invoice was less than what it cost me in labor purely as an act of good faith. During quoting and organising the job, I spent many days attending meetings with him and his supervisor, receiving countless phone calls about the job, I read another contractors quote which was not my responsibility to ensure nothing was missed because he didn't know how to read the quote himself, we coordinated other trades onsite instead of himself or his supervisor, we gave him heights so he could do take offs for materials that had nothing to do with us, we did extra works onsite that wasn't on the plans or agreed to, but he had the nerve of going on holidays without even looking at the invoice. Then when he got back he challenged the total saying he's not willing to pay the amount I charged because he brought his men onsite.... to fix the delays he caused. Absolutely mind blowing and pathetic in terms of being a responsible builder or businessman.After many frustrated emails back and forth, he has now completely ignored all my contact and has paid absolutely nothing for our labour. Nathan is a great man to deal with if things are going his way, but unfortunately money changes people in bad ways. This is clearly evident with what he done... and turns out I've found other contractors that have had problems with him.This is now going to QBCC and will be taken to court if Bullfrog Constructions doesn't pay for the honest work we have done and the problems we solved onsite.I have built my company to a very high standard producing nothing but quality, we never do bad work. We've produced very large projects and completed them under full supply and control of everything required. We take great pride in what we do. This review is something I've never done as I've never been paid nothing especially under these ridiculous accusations.Take this review as you will, this is not intended to cause deformation. Purely to express my experience and the true colours of what can happen if you don't bend over backwards for Nathan Parker.Pay the bill and this will be removed.

Nathan and the Bullfrog Construction Team built our first family home. The personal service and design process exceeded our expectations and we feel so lucky to be living in such a beautiful new home which was once a vision and now a reality.We appreciated all of their advice from the very start through to the end and feel being able to talk to Nathan directly was our biggest advantage to building with a smaller builder over a commercial builder where we would have just been another house. With Bullfrog Construction, we definitely received a personalised service and a quality build.

Had a major renovation completed by Bullfrog and are really happy with the outcome. Great to deal with and a real quality finish.

All members of the Bullfrog staff conducted themselves professionally, and went above and beyond their job roles to assist with all issues that arose. I am proud to say the project they did for me has become my home and will be for many years to come. Thank you all very much I am a vary satisfied customer.

Where do I start?....incredibly poor turnaround times, 8 months!!!!! to deliver a basic (embarrassingly so) final costing, hid many costs in provional sum amounts (very sneaky), had to continually chase deadlines, completely screwed up our specifications list....a bad experience to say the least...totally out of their depth with our build requirements... in the end, we went elsewhere.
