Saddles do not do much for me but my friend goes often and enjoys the atmosphere (she has horses)

Staff where friendly and helpful when visiting the store. However, service was poor when returning items.I returned a pair of Ariat boots on the 30th April after the soles had come away from the boot after 2 days of wear. I had planned to wear them to my wedding. The manager mentioned she would send the shoes back to the manufacturer and get their direction as to whether she would have the shoes repaired, or give me an in store credit.I waited about a month and a half, but with no follow up via phone or email I called and got onto reception. The receptionist said she would speak to the manager. However, I waited another week and half, but the manager never got back to me. So I called again, this time getting a hold of the mananger. She then informed me that she had called the manufacture, but that the shoes where not covered under warranty, as I was an adult buying a child's shoe. When buying the product there was no open disclosure surrounding the warranty as I would have reassessed purchasing the shoes.Also, I am not happy that I had to be proactive in following the issue up. I called again on the 2 month mark, and was told the manager would get back to me and they still haven't.Not one to make google reviews, but this has dragged out too long for a resolution.

Friendly staff and a big variety of products the things you'd expect to see at a sadderly boots, clothing, helmets rugs,leads everything u need

Came in yesterday and was completely ignored by the staff. Not much of a range but still had a few items I would have bought but the older lady in the store didn’t even so much as say hello so we decided we’d shop elsewhere. So disappointing as we’d been looking forward to visiting on our trip to the coast.

Came in store today and was shocked and amazed at the wide range of fantastic brands that where stocked! Reasonable prices, lovely staff and a well set out shop. Keep up the good work!

The shop is lovely, but one of the staff members are extremely rude with upselling.I would ask for a well priced product, and the staff member picked up one of the higher price ones and took it to the counter without asking. Feel extremely pushed when I go in there

Renee was super helpful and friendly with my enquiries and I received my new Thorowgood T8 dressage saddle very promptly.Thanks so much guys, we are very happy and comfortable in our new ride ☺️ Ally also loved her delicious gift of Stud Muffins!

Not really my style, lots of horsey stuff, obviously, great store if you are into horses.Fairly expensive, but lots of really good quality stuff like RMW, Wrangler, etc.Nice, well stocked store, friendly service and plenty of parking.
