poor poor performance. bought $150 perfume in box. assured if it wasn’t the right one (color) could return. opened it outside store. wrong one. went back into store. told basically hard lines. can’t refund. i mean what more can you do if you specifically ask the sales assistant if it’s the wrong one can you get refund and she says yes

Have been coming here for my family’s monthly prescriptions for a couple years now. The wait times are long, however, if you collect regular scripts like we do, ask them to keep it on file. That way you can call and order ahead (recommend at LEAST a couple of hours) to avoid long wait times. Most of the time the staff are friendly and helpful but I have had some staff who were short and abrupt. Usually during busy periods when they are under pressure and trying to get through everyone.

Was denied an over the counter item and lied to about needing a script because of covid now, went to another place and got it, no questions. The older lady serving me was rude and uncaring.

Was prepared for a terrible experience after glancing at reviews. Place is fine, staff are helpful, tracked down something I couldn't find to within 1/5th of an aisle immediately. Maybe the difference is I smiled and said thanks... Also saw two people have prescriptions filled in the ten or so minutes I was there, but nearly a hundred reviews saying the wait time sucks can't be wrong.

Not happy at all. The staff were informing customers there was a 30 minute wait which was fine. I was then informed after 45 minutes that my prescription was not in stock so that time was wasted. The staff member didn’t even offer an apology until promoted. Kinda unacceptable. They should be checking before making customers waste their time

Questioned by staff, relaying messages back & forth with the Pharmacist for an over the counter medication to assist in a female issue. Zero discretion & I left in tears and without the medication I needed.

Absolutely disgusted by the service I received at this store, by a pharmacist no less ! She denied my sick 1 year old son medicine because it wasn't on a script, even though it's an over the counter medication. She should be absolutely ashamed of herself ! Who denies a child medicine....

New to the area and frequent chemist customers due to wife's health. 8 visits in 4 months and everyone has been atrocious, extremely slow and unorganised, scripts never on time even when ordered online, unable to fulfil script, scripts lost. Staff are un friendly not really interested in being there or helping customers. Will no longer waste my time at this store.Little wonder they have a 2.2 rating absolutely useless.
