Couldnt even rate it without a star. bought a fan clutch. and the fan clutch is faulty. couldnt get it exchange when i dont even have a spare. they can't be borthered helping when i'm totally stuck parts. and i didnt have a choice, but to throw them in the bin. and get myself another online. if in the first place i know there is no warranty support from them is as good as buying them online. honestly they have breached the comsumer law, but i dont want to waste my time on them. let other teach them a lesson.

Benn doing business with this branch for a number of years. They carry a vast amount of spares from modern to old days. The boys on the front counter are clicked on, always attend to customers as soon as they enter and happy to search and look for alternative parts should they not carry what you need,

Been going to the Veales Redcliffe (main depot/warehouse) for at least 16 years and always have a good experience. They have an extensive range of parts for many older cars, even going back 50 years. And prices are usually far better than other mobs. Guys at the desk are always helpful and patient. Highly recommended.
