Brilliant food and hospitality!Karen and Jeff looked after us when our car broke down in Poochera.We sat out the front, and watched the rain drizzle on a cacti garden near the start of the Nullarbor desert.We tried out their new takeaway menu, and the pizza was spot on. Definitely made with love.It's not always easy to find great food out this way. So, we'll eat and stay here again the next time we're driving from Melbourne to Perth. Thanks again.

Awesome place for a caravan stopover. Friendly service. Pub is full of character and charm. Our Hawaiian and Kilpatrick Schnitzels were excellent (and so were the chips !!).Would stop here again. Thanks.Dave & Julie.

We are a couple of poms travelling around in a converted bus. Poochera hotel and caravan park was right up our street. Amenities at the caravan park were spotlessly clean. The price was very reasonable at $25 per night for a powered site. Meals in the pub are hearty, nicely cooked and good value. Best of all, We were greeted with real Aussie hospitality from the owners,pub customers and fellow caravan site guests. $25 per night for powered site in the caravan, great little pub with great meals and open fire. Won't disappoint. Highly recommend..

We were staying in Minnipa for a couple of nights and were a little dismayed to discover the local pub wasn’t open for meals and we hadn’t really prepared for that situation. So a quick Google and we headed to Poochera and so happy we did.The pub is small but so very friendly and welcoming. Steak for dinner. Cooked by Karen while Jeff (?) served the beers to us and the few regulars there that night.There was no question that we wouldn’t return as Hubby decided he wanted to try the pizza.It was amazing.Definitely recommend this little gem to all who pass Poochera. Don’t be put off by the size as the hospitality is huge.

Food good, owners great. Caravan park owned by them will worth supporting rates cheap, will be using this place more often, plenty to see with a walk around town. Highly recommend.
