I’ve been using Locks Hair for many years and they have always given me an excellent service. Recently I booked my Mum in for a haircut. She suffered from a major stroke 2 years ago and needed a lot of assistance for her haircut. The team at Locks went above and beyond to make sure my Mum had an incredible experience, even given her mobility challenges. I cannot thank the enough, they were so caring, thoughtful and the haircut Kieran gave my Mum was just beautiful.

I was so happy with my first experience at Locks Hair Salon. Hannah was friendly and listened to what I wanted. I never felt rushed and I walked away with a perfect full head of foils, cut and blow wave. Very deserving of 5 stars!

The team at Locks are amazing, and wonderfully patient and understanding of my woeful attempts to explain what I want -- but they always make me feel fantastic. Locks Hair Salon came highly recommended by my local clients in Balmain.Following an initial visit to another salon for my daughter's first stage of going blonde, we had a very thorough initial consultation with senior colourist Kerryn on the process and steps for our desired result. At this consultation, my daughter booked in to go to a lighter shade of blonde with a combination of Balyage, foils and toner.The entire salon experience was second to none with owner Ben greeting and welcoming us on arrival and introducing us to our stylist Ivy.The final result is exactly what my daughter desired and we are so happy.The entire Locks Hair Salon Team are very professional and friendly, an absolute delight to work with. They took the time to ensure our goals for the desired result aligned during the entire process.Ivy and Hannah provided us with detailed ongoing care of after colour hair health and ongoing maintenance.A huge Thank you to Ben and the Locks Salon Team, we look forward to visiting again!

I've been getting my hair cut, coloured, styled and blow dried for over two years now at Locks Hair Balmain - and I couldn't be happier! Each time I leave not only does my hair look great but I feel great too. The staff are genuine, attentive and polite - and the experience is always a positive one. Locks have been my hairdressers for about 6 years now. I always feel as though I am in good hands with their experienced team. They won't let you leave until you're 100% happy! The service and salon are great, it's always an enjoyable experience for me which is why I keep coming back :)

I have difficult hair needs, and Diane and her talented team have repeatedly managed and enhanced my crowning glory. I was so hesitant to trust my hair into someone’s hands after a few horrible experiences. But this time it was incredible! The cut was exactly how I wanted, my stylist was so friendly and professional, and she made a great experience from my time in her chair. Beautiful space and has lovely staff!
