Terrible customer service. No response to the 3 emails I sent regarding my online order. Item was not dispatched for 2 weeks and when the item arrived it did not have the new tag and had marks on it and appeared in used condition. No response to my email about this or any of my other emails.

Extremely poor communication. I have tried to contact the company for weeks via email and Facebook with no response. My parcel was eventually posted but with the incorrect items. I don’t like leaving poor reviews but I’m very disappointed with this company considering how much money I spent at this shop.

Small store. Stock was quite expensive. Not to my taste. Some items were quite tacky (breasts on cups/candles etc)

Trying to reach the team didn’t work, I sent emails, messages on Facebook and Instagram. Phone calls and text messages no response to an order placed with wrong address and after waiting 3 weeks to receive it still wanting for a call back

Beautiful store with amazing items from good brands like Kip & Co & Society of Wanderers. Furniture was lovely too, although I cannot help but think most of it is very overpriced. Take your wallet.

Absolutely love the brands and quality of the items this store sells! Beautiful, high end clothes, Devine homewares and jewellery and even grab a yummy coffee and treat! My fave place to visit when on surf coast!

What a beautiful array of products you have here at Torquay Merchant Suzzanne and Kara! I have been in store twice now and on both occasions browsed your clothing racks which were filled with some really gorgeous pieces from Australian designers. Suzzanne gave me some great style advice when selecting a piece from Oak Meadow. Thankyou! I look forward to coming into store the next time we are in Torquay.
