Goulburn
Goulburn is a old town located on the Hume Highway approximately half way between Sydney and Canberra in the southern tablelands, once famous for the merino wool industry. It’s full of historic buildings and houses and was a very wealthy inland small city, there’s a great range of shopping and numerous places to eat from takeout to dine in. The central park is very well maintained and it is a great place to eat some lunch, it’s a very busy hub for locals, regional farmers and passing tourists. Close to Nowra on the south coast and not far from Crookwell. Also a major hub for the XPT Train from Sydney to Melbourne.
