Terrible staff, rude, and so overpriced.

Most of the time was good. Except, there's one girl I always saw her on the phone and not paying attention enough to the customers and her job. Sat 10th April, 6 pm there're pthree cars having a problem with the fuel pumps at the servo and wondering why there was no petrol came out. So, we all moved the car around changing to the other pumps and still no fuel came out. We thought the fuel is put of order. One car got annoyed can't wait and drove off. The other guy went in the shop and asked the girl what was wrong with the fuel pumps. Guess what, that girl was on the phone didn't reset the fuel pumps, then, she said 'Oh...it's working now'. Moreover, she doesn't know how to say the price correctly. For example, if the fuel costs yu $35.40, she would tell yu only 'thirty five dollars', not saying 'forty cents. I don't think this girl knows about a proper customer service.

Smiling thieves staff grabbed the most expensive packet of cigarettes after I asked three times for the cheapest Garry (gerpreet singh) told me they were twenty something dollars and me not thinking said thank U then tapped my card I realised when I got home I had been charged $48 for a pack of 25s I was outraged I called and he said it's my fault whatever then he said he would call me back he didn't I called them and spoke to his wife or sister in law got know where the eventually he realised I wasn't going to give up he apologised admitted he was wrong But then he gave me some fake sob story and offered me a free pie I'm ringing the franchise and I hope others read this and be aware all ways ask for a receipt because they definitely won't offer U one

Good pies and snacks at reasonable prices, and super friendly service. Best servo on the coast

No more vegan pies available ever, even though the website advertises a full vegan range. Extremely unsatisfied with this store.

Sold me milk that was expired, didn’t offer receipt so that I couldn’t refund it. I knew something was off because the clerk looked at the milk for a good couple seconds and then stared at me.

Do NOT waste tour money buying anything pretending to be fresh food from this place ... The doughnuts make great sinkers for deep see fishing and the sausage rolls are great for plugging leaks in dam walls ... but neither are anywhere near edible Spent over $80 in non fuel purchases that went in the bin and they don't give you a receipt as a bonus... ...absolutely disgusting !

They locked the doors at 8pm. I rang rhe doorbell twice. They purposely waited two more minutes before another customer finished pumping before letting me in. Very bad customer service by the Indian staff.

Never thought I would have rated a petrol station but Jas (hope I got the name right) at the counter was too good and friendly not to be mentioned. Unexpected for a night refueling. And the gas prices are much better than the surrounding stations. Haven’t tried the pies so no review for the food.
