If you want to wait in line for 20mins to give this business your money while their staff walk past a clearly overwhelmed checkout with one member serving then this is the place for you. Got tired of waiting so I left what I had in my hands and walked out.

spoke to issac about buying myself a new pair of shoes for my upcoming hike. He went above and beyond helping me not only find the right size but also finding a great shoe fit for its purpose. on the murphy scale i give this store a 9/10 (could be more but its a little messy).

The young guy looking after the fishing section is the most knowledgeable bloke in the store. There’s nothing that guy doesn’t know about the fishing stock or how to use it. Well worth asking him some questions if you’re in there.

@ area managerProfessional training help some store managers to refresh their mind they are there to help team members to provide an excellent service by example. She is the person who has to say sorry for keep waiting you, not justifying by we had meeting in my office. A bossy manager will kill the motivation of the team and disappoint the customers.

Staff were nice enough, but after driving a distance to get there at 8.30am, they opened late. The store is an absolute mess. Boxes everywhere, piles of stock blocking aisles. I needed fast help finding something that there were 4 of in store. Neither staff member knew the item or knew where it was. Pointing to sections but left us to spend 25 minutes going through various sections ( not easy given the mess) with no guidance at all. “Sorry it was moved”. “Moved where?”.. no answer. Left without the item that we had driven an hour to buy. Maybe a more responsive and attentive attitude by the staff may have helped the feelings of frustration in the lack of organisation and inefficiency of being unable to locate an item that is somewhere inside that store.
