Ben and Keiren were very helpful. Ben has great people skills and explained what they were doing etc and provided excellent customer service.Only 1 negative - I always pay immediately when I receive an invoice and did so in this case but it backfired on me. I was slugged a $30 credit card fee for using my debit card.
