We had started at Sangrok about 3.5 years and it has been a very fulfilling journey. All the instructors are very passionate about their work and lead by example. Whether your aim is to getting fit or take up a group activity for the whole family or instilling discipline or progressing forward in your martial arts journey, Sangrok is the place to be !!!

I completely recommend Sangrok Taekwondo.This place is very well maintained and has very good quality Taekwondo equipment to train.Erin who is responsible for the fees and management is a lovely person who makes everything runs smoothly.I enjoyed every session, everyone is so nice and friendly.The instructors are highly motivated and make you feel very comfortable in every class.Their knowledge and experience are very impressive and give you confidence in every training session.I have been looking for a place like that for a long time and I finally found a taekwondo club where I feel I belong.

The Sangrok instructors are very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and encouraging towards everyone training regardless of age or fitness level. My son and I started training about 3 months ago with other extended family members and it's fair to say we're all hooked!

Awesome place to train, have been training here for 3 years with my son. Family focused training with amazing and knowledgeable trainers and a friendly encouraging environment.. no matter experience or age this club provides the environment for anyone to get fit, have fun and learn an amazing sport.
