Love shopping here, especially during sales time! Can always find what I'm looking for. Could spend hours looking around from women's fashion, to kid's fashion, to home decor and manchester... Myer is my first stop when coming to Miranda.

Myer is pretty dope. Gotta say, been checking it out for many years and Miranda was a new addition to my Myer trips. The Xmas selection is pretty extensive, and there’s even a Santa there. Good effort on their part, could use a few more staff offering assistance. But not complaining too much!

A well presented Myer store. All departments are well kept, lots of product choice and most importantly, a lot of the check out stations have workers there - which I understand for a while has been a pain point for similar stores.I love coming to this Myer at Christmas time, though it could do with a bigger area dedicated to it, or just a bit more space where the decorations are kept. It feels cramped.Other times of the year, it's great. No complaints!A lift is in store for your convenience, as well as escalators. Always lots of sales which is welcomed.

Very few staff although the woman at the cash register was delightful. In the makeup department there were no staff to offer assistance.

absolutely horrible to be followed by three staff members and after them asking if we needed any help I kindly said no thankyou as they could clearly see we had already picked some clothes one of the staff called a security guard to come over to the section we were at and to be told to keep a eye on us as he continued to follow us around even after paying for our items he followed behind us till we walked out your staff are completely racist and it was horrible to be profiled like the way we were horrible shop

Worst experience in the shoe department today. Staff were helpful & lovely, but the manager was awful. Tried to return a defective product that she claimed was “normal wear and tear”. Go to Roselands or the Sydney stores if you want customer service, in the shoe department.
