A great stop (especially for those of you with kids). Great park facilities with a flying fox, swings and slide. Right on the river to spot platypus’ if you’re lucky enough. Toilet facilities surprisingly very clean and well maintained. Undercover picnic tables perfect for a lunch or coffee stop.

Good location, great spot to stay the night or just relax. If staying it's only a short walk to the local pubs on the main street. Plenty in the park to keep the kids amused too.

There’s a great walk that that starts here and follows the river and crosses back into town. It’s actually nicer on the southern side of the bridge away from the caravan park where it’s a lot quieter. There’s an off leash dog are (as long as your dog has good recall) and a BBQ facility. There’s also a kids skate park and mountain bike jumps across the road. The park is spotless. Well maintained and inviting, and not even a minute off the main road.
