Such a ridiculous service. I wonder how people are writing great service service. At the beginning the service was okay now its worse. Ordered steroid cream and they did not even bother to update me whats happening to my order. When called a lady told me to despatch and only to find out nothing been done to my order. No recommending this Pharmacy to anyone.

I have been using this pharmacy for over 25 years. There has been negative moments in the pass, and the staff causing it has long gone.However the outstanding service overcomes any issues.Special thanks for Diana, who has been so helpful towards the customers, however she possesses special talent for the elderly immigrants.Diana demonstrates extremely thoughtfulness and kindness towards the older immigrants, with no command of the language.My late father used to feel confident to go in the pharmacy on his own andshe would help him as much as possible.When I take my elderly mother to the pharmacy, Diana always acknowledge her, using her name , and displays a beautiful smile.knowing of her very limited understanding of the language.Making us so comfortable.Diana is genuine and has a great customer service.The pharmacist is always attentive and helpful.The other staff seems of a good standard and friendly.Apart of all, flexibility, home delivery, and the open time are of great importance.Those are some of the reasons for 5 ⭐️.

Best experience i had in a local pharmacy. Super friendly and helpful pharmacist, i didn’t get his name but he’s a tall smiley man, saved us from allergy at late night, i called and his response was quick. The medicine he gave is on point and very fairly priced.Will surely come back to support. Thanks again!

I don't recommend this pharmacy came in to take my medication and pay, they took 25-30 mins just to bring it out. I don't understand what they're doing inside its not even busy and the staff were talking to each other and laughing and making patients wait for hours. Very slow and rude staff. Employees don't even speak proper english I don't even know how they hired them.

Very helpful and dedicated staff, they took the time to ask questions and details that my GP frankly glossed over during my consultation. This is just one example, they have been consistently excellent on many occasions - and they are open 24/7.
