That is what customer service is all about. Lovely to come across a local firm so willing to help out (despite the sketchy requirements from me!). Very competitively priced and the job done and ready for pick-up the next day. Don't look past Mister Plywood for anything you need.

Very Bad Company to deal with had my job replaced twice & my order was screwed up a second time DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY" & my kitchen is still in a big mess will have to find another company & have to pay twice as mich just to get my kitchen finshed"

Terrible Service. Overcharged and refused to fix the situation.I purchased a number of sheets of plywood totaling around $600. The staff did not provide me with 1 of these sheets, worth $85.I contacted the store immediately and they offered to refund the difference, however now refuse to pay. On the phone the staff were rude, inefficient and deliberately misleading.I would avoid this supplier at all cost and support a different business. If I could rate these guys lower than 1/5 I would.If a single person reads this and make the right decision to take your business elsewhere, then my loss is your gain.

Absolutely an incredibly frustrating time. Cabinet maker tells us sure thing this won't cost much. Under a thousand.Ikea plan for a tiny kitchen $1700 incl. Sinks knobs taps.final quote $3400.this is for a caravan annexe ! Dont waste your time going to this franchisee.
