Accountant did not complete works despite repeated calls and emails. Engaged on 21/2/20. Payment made on 7/4/20. Tasks were not completed as of 29/5/20. A very simple Q3 BAS took 6 weeks and 4 days to complete.

최악 중에 최악. 택스리턴 문의하면서 주식/코인 얘기나오니까 계산하기 귀찮아서 자료 전부 준비해서 보냈는데 답변도 안함.참 전문가 다운 자세죠?the worst of the worst. they won't do the job that annoying and bothering them. like stock or coin for the same service fee.

My mum had done her taxes with them last financial year. Ryan failed to communicate efficiently, didn't respond to calls and emails. This lead my mum to go into ATO website herself and saw that she had money owing with only one day left to pay.They also failed to inform her of correct information in regards to deductions. My mum isn't great with technology nor finances, and it angers me that she would sought out help and you would treat her with such little respect and helpfulness. I do not recommend this place.
