Bed Bath N ‘Table at Northland have the most amazing staff!! My experience is faultless and I want to thank all the wonderful , good humoured, knowledgeable and friendly mannered staff for their exemplary service. A big shout out to a lovely saleswoman by the name of Karen who I later found out was the regional manager. She’s assisted me in finding exactly what I needed and was very patient and I noticed she was so caring towards the staff of the store . Could not fault her professionalism and customer service !!!!

Always love the products at bb&t. Popped into this store after straight after a 27hr flight. Very jet lagged and tired, but had to get some things from near by Woolworths and saw the lovely Xmas decor so wanted to pop in to cheer me up.The staff were slow and would idly chit chat to each customer that would come to the counter. The line wait was long and there was no fuss about how slow they would serve each customer. I came up to the counter, I was barely given a smile or a hello, not a single word was said to me and I was pushed to the side so the next customer could be served.It was actually very upsetting as a pleasant hello and smile would have really helped me feel good. I even mentioned that I was jetlagged and apologised for being a bit out of it, that too was completely ignored. I felt stupid and certainly didn’t feel like a valued customer as all those who were served before (and after) me.Great brand, but Northland S.C staff really has left a sore experience.

Everytime I step into this shop, I travel into another time, another place, like Alice in wonderland, It happened at 5th Avenue, Gone with the Wind, Home Alone, Miracle on 34th Street, Sleepless in Seattle..........It's magical, I want everything, I must have everything, everything is glistening, shiny glass, vases, frames and lots more.The pretty patterned material everywhere give you the feeling of warmth and comfort.Soft towels, colourful blankets, sheets, pillows, cosy soft materials, everything you need as in home accessories, stylish, modern, very now.I was only in there for what it seemed like half an hour, when I heard a big familiar voice calling me have you finished yet mum" my daughter wanting me to snap out of it again and with a grimaced face she points to the door.☺️"

Goods booked on 20th, goods received on 26th, no communication from store, when went to collect, very rude answer, no sorry, NOT RECOMMENDED

Personally I find Bed Bath n Table to be overstocked (the product range and varying products in each range are overwhelming. Shelves packed to the extreme, with little to no space in between), it's also extremely overpriced for cheap quality products that are mass produced in China, Pakistan, Bangladesh etc... ever since BBnT moved their production to overseas, the quality has declined drastically. In addition, the range of products has barely changed/upgraded/kept up the the latest trends/etc...in the past decade or so. A change of colour, slight pattern change, and they think none are the wiser. Hmmm, well I've certainly taken notice.When I visited the Northland store yesterday, there were4 staff visible to me. In addition, I would guestimate there were 10 customers. Not one single staff member approached any customer to ask if the required any assistance. This included myself and my son.Honestly, it's just an average store, music is on loop hence its repetitive thus annoying.Staff are oblivious to customers presence let alone willing to offer assistance and / or advice.

It's amazing how one team members bad attitude can undo all the good work of the rest of the team. A really lovely lady helped me select a Quilt cover and pillow set for my teenage son so i could redo his bedroom as a surprise for his up coming birthday. When I got home, I realised I'd bought a Queen set instead of a Double. After calling the store back and them saying their computer showed 1 in stock, she said she would check the store room and get back to me. She called me back and left a voicemail to say they did have one. Upon hearing the message, I called back to say Thank you and I'd be down on Friday (sat at the latest) only to be told by another lady Mary" that they could only hold it for 72hrs. I work full time and live over an hour away so I asked if I could pay for it over the phone to secure the stock. I was told sorry we cannot do that. I asked her what she'd like me to do then. Begrudgingly she asked someone else and said she would hold it for Friday as if it was a total inconvenience. When I said Thanks for that

I love this store. I bought some bed linen and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I love their products. I recommend shopping here.

Staff are great and quality of products are worth the dollar

Very poor range of bed linen for single beds. If you have children or elderly parents who need linen for single bed go elsewhere.
