Poor communication. Up to 6 weeks to tell me the home owner the tenants have sewerage flowing out of the toilet. How to turn good tenants into house trashing non payers. My response when notified was why hasn't a plumber fixed it, you call yourselves property managers. Get it fixed and give the tenants a few weeks free rent and my apoligys. Their response was not necessary to give free rent as it was the second toilet. Not even close to good enough. I treat people how I'd like to be treated and will never deal with this mob again.Edit: Your comment but we would like to kindly request that you refrain from continuing to leave negative feedback " well this says everything about your business. I have only left the one review and i stand by it. The continuation of misleading communication and insinuation is the same as my experience back then. Current review!"

I recently drove 9 hours round trip to look at a vehicle that this company was auctioning at a clearance sale. Due to work commitments I could not make the auction, so completed an authority for a bid of $2,600 to be exercised on my behalf at the auction. I was amazed to find out that another buyer at the auction mysteriously opened the bidding at $2,600 and the car was sold to them. Not at a price higher than I had offered, but at exactly the same price.

As a first time renter I have found plasto and co very helpful. They go above and beyond for their clients and I wouldn't want to rent through anyone else. Thank you Emma and Louise.
