Lovely salon and friendly staff. I am super pleased with my nails.

I was there for the first time, staff is not friendly. When I asked about the cost, they asked me back “do you speak Chinese and where are you from?” It’s none of their business. Moreover, they spoke and sound impolite such as “choose color”, so I decided to go there just only once. That’s enough.

My now husband brought me here six years ago when I first emigrated to Australia. Hadn’t been for ages came in for help with a cut. The nail tech used SNS to to cover the cut while it grew out and now I’m hooked. Got an acrylic set for a wedding I was attending - highly recommend this place, they are well priced and my nails looked fab!

I was astonished by how good my acrylics were. I expected them to start falling off around 3 weeks after I got them done, but they lasted well over a month.And I am not a sedentary woman.With these nails I was chopping firewood, climbing mountains and cooking at my weekend job as a cook, as well as being the envy of my office colleagues and my fashionable boss (where I work during the week).The tip top nails crew were quick and professional, the service was cheap and the range of colours diverse and exciting. I will never go anywhere else to get my nails done unless I move out of Sydney.

The end product is not so bad..The filing and removal was SO painful. The lady tried to be nice about it but the amount of dry skin from filing around my nails was shocking.

I can't speak on the nail service here but I would definitely not recommend this place for Eyelash Extensions. Whole process only took 26 minutes which was questionable to begin with compared to all the other services I've used. No hygiene processes in place and the technician used my forehead as a table for the extensions. This meant she kept pinching my forehead with the tweezers when picking up each lash which was extremely painful. Upon inspection of the finished lashes when I returned home, she had not covered the whole length of my eye. The extensions ended abruptly at around half a centimetre from the outer corner of my eyes. All of this I could forgive as a trade-off for an efficient service/lash technician's personal style - but it's been less than 2 weeks and my lashes have almost all fallen off. Please save your money.

Tip top nails has fabulous range of colours provided which was a pure joy for a customer to choose. The quality of work, detailed customising options and dedicated customer service demonstrated professionalism, unlike some snobby shops in city just exaggerating their work with advertising.. for example, SJ nails..

Was completely ripped off. Asked for acrylic with black tips received plastic and was charged $ 115 and told that black tips cost more. Would never return was completely ripped off by this business.
